Only after playing HSR do I realize that every new characters released each patch are actually limited since after the banner ends you can't get them until rerun. For Arknights, most characters that aren't labeled as limited are added to standard banner pool, limited characters only appear and 'rerun' in anniversary event banners.

As a note they arent children they are a race called the Durin or 'Dwarves'

Limited characters work differently in arknights then in genshin
First limited is that the character wont go into the standard banner after the banner is over BUT they always make a return as 'off rate' in other limited banners. So Gavial here will pop up in for example the next summer limited banner, while the dragon siblings (nian, dusk, ect) will show up on their sibling's banner (Chinese new year) Things like that. And can also spark for them which means after rolling a lot you can use the currency you get from rolling to get a character of your choice on that limited banner.
Trials to Navigator is basically a boss rush mode we get every so often.

19:39 Damm, seeing IS#3 trailer again reminds me all of the struggle of our beloved characters in those "twisted fate". Spoiler alert!!! basically its a gamemode that has a story of alternate timeline when Terra are in some sort of apocalypse by evolving sea monsters. Yes there is so many sad things in those alternate timeline that makes death is a really good fate you would want to have, rather than part of your body start to change into something... or even your whole mind and body.

The blonde guy from 14:44 is Mlynar (Polish name) and is voiced by Rikiya Koyama, mostly known for voicing Kiritsugu Emiya from Fate, Billy from Undead Unluck, Yamato from Naruto, and Taiga Saejima from the Yakuza games.
As an extra note, Lee the Dragonfish guy is voiced by Shinichiro Miki, the voice of Uruhara from bleach 😄

So, you can only get Limited operators in Limited banners. After that, you can spark them in a different Limited banner next year.

Let me help break down limited banners in AK!
- Annually, on average 4 limited banners, once every ~3 months (excluding collab banners)
- During limited banners, two new 6* operators rate up but only one is limited.
- Will get 10 pulls for free when banner starts. Then, 1 free pull every day until banner ends (total 24 free pulls) - best time to play
- There's a system called 'spark' 👉🏻 300 pulls =exchange for one 6* from the limited banner (this helps if u get super unlucky but in my own experience for the last 1.5 yrs, the most pulls I needed for a limited op was 150, the least was the first free 10 pull😆)
What it means to be a limited operator:
- Will not be added to standard pool after their banner ends
- Will be available a year after their first debut in another limited banner (with a small chance to obtain aka to 'spook' you in ur pulls)
For the new non-limited 6*, they're added to the standard pool after their banner ends. That means they can spook you as an off-rate whenever you pull on any standard banners.
6* rate for any banner: 2%
This rate will increase by 2% after your 50th pull without any 6*. Meaning on your 51st pull, 4% chance of getting a 6*. So on average, a 6* on every 60-70 pulls.
Sorry for the long comment but the way u described limited banner isn't the same with in AK😅 Imo the rates are pretty generous, granted there's 12 spots to fill in a squad.

you guys COULD react to Overview of event stories instead of reading them in-game instead.
idk how other people would take this suggestion but i think itd be a great way to see you guys' reaction to the event stories without you having to stream playing arknights.
you guys will watch the anime yes but the main story that shows up in the anime only really makes up for about 30% of the Arknights Story? and even then, the anime isnt even complete so maybe around 19% of the Main Story has an anime right now including Ch8 that'll get its own soon. Chapter 9 to 14 are yet to get its own animations
thats why im kinda curious if you guys would be down to listen to Event Overviews instead once you guys are done with both the anime and the trailers?
