YJ Jeep Gets a VW TDI Diesel Heart Transplant

- This week on Project Black Jack, Mr. Sparkle, the Jeep YJ gets a heart transplant. We ripped the factory engine out, and are retrofitting a TDI in from a VW.

The paint job reminds me of how carnival rides are painted. I can't wait to see the TDI's first start in the Jeep.
Skipped to the end, I assume there's another video of it running. Not really into installation vids but would love to see it run, as a former jeep and TDI owner.

Not only am I excited to see this done in video but I hope it's ready in time for Moparfest in New Hamburg next month and you'll bring it! I want to take a Jeep Comanche frame and do a TDI swap with a '54 Fargo body.

it looks like that because its on the hoist, Ive put lots of miles on it now and no problems
