Mam mujhe mannat ocd hai self harm ko leke but Maine apne compulsions stop kar diye hai. Starting me bahut problem hui but ab mujhe bilkul bhi anxiety nahi aati and thoughts ki frequency bhi kam ho gayi.😊😊.

1.thoughts pe vishwas na kre and andhbhakt na bne mann ke aur wo mann data se thoughts lata hai 2.mind chal chalta hai past future mei and actions na le on thoughts,just thoughts and sawal kre thoughts ko and sach na mane beham ko only laugh on thoughts u feel relax and actions lene se beham stronger of thoughts and thoughts only guesses.3.not fear of thoughts not feel guilt and acceptance of bad past not react not action ye action sirf kuch pal k liye relief deta hai and u have power to choose and reject thoughts and not overthink on thoughts beliefs not focus much because focus krne se focus more increase on thoughts so action lene se hii wo beliefs real lgte hai and same imagination of fear happens after watching horror movies and ye weak fear hai u can WALK ,LISTEN MUSIC,deep breathing kre and laugh on thoughts challenge them and think more realistic thought not force mind to stop thoughts only observe and imagination reality mei difference nhi kar pata subconscious mind and decide what is most important task what u want most your hobby mei lot of time spend and VISUALISATION before sleep positive imaginations and ocd se attach na hoo usko value na doo ocd ko and body responses ko and hobby pe time energy lgaye and not attend thoughts not gave ocd your time energy and aware from beham and love gratitude enjoyment VISUALISATION feelings help u ❤

My friend have habit of abuse he tries many times to not abuse and he feel guilt also after abuse, because in his family his uncle abuse so be learns this behaviour naturally from past environment and this became habit so how to stop that dear mam??

Madam, I target my work n get busy most of the tym, but couldn't complete within stipulated tym, in same ways, with average brain chap do it normally n take less tym than me....busy but don't get output causes self guilt n frustration..but the same tym, my past winning pushes me to continue... anyway confused ma'am...
