Incisive Analysis indeed! But I think iheanacho recently seem the most productive in that role for now. Tellar however, remains an exceptional long term option, in addition to prospects such as Yisa Sor and Moses Usor.

Yes he is a good option
I see Iheanacho as more of a SS/10 type of player. Someone good in between the lines. His abilities would be useless out wide as he doesn't really have the athleticism to play there unlike Tella and Chukwueze. He could be the creative player the Nigeria need.
He has the vision and intelligence for the midfield role but his work rate and skill set is not good enough for what we need for the creative midfielder role. Iheanacho is one player that is hard to find a spot for in the present Super Eagles although we know he is good. The support striker role may be the best fit but unfortunately we have Boniface who is stronger and a better finisher
Well, 8 looks more like the key position for him bc of his low speed nd high mentality rate, perhaps to share with Boniface
Which when playing he can stylishly flow with 10 looking at his style of person; to help 9 around the box score more goals
I feel like Iheanacho on the right wing can never work cos he's slow and has a poor first touch. He can hardly beat his marker too. Will be easily caged out of a the game by better LBs.
As for Chukwueze, great trickster but end product is the problem.
For me, I'll try Tella now cos i like what i saw last season at Burnley
Agreed he is not the type to run defenses down but he adds to play like a third striker. I believe he is an option when a different dimension is needed to our game play especially since Chukwueze has been hit or miss
I take back my comment about Iheanacho playing on the right. I would rather play Aina or Osayi-Samuel in that role than place him there
@@GreaterNationSports 😂😂😂. Guess you already saw what I'm saying about Iheanacho. If we must play him at all, better we play him as a 10 or one of 2 strikers and allow a proper right winger play
Agreed. He was ineffective in the match against Lesotho. Tella, Osayi-Samuel or Aina would have been the better option

Chuckwueze is just more like the Messi kinda player, not a direct winger! If only he can be converted to a 10 to blend with Wilfred in the middle going forward,I think there will be lots of good passes n insight delivery to both the wingers(which he is familiar with) and strikers for good.
(After all, Mikel was also converted)
Playing him as 10 from the bench for a starter will be trilling like Messi [Iwobi and Aribo will definitely wake up more bc chukwueze is very skillful )

Chukwueze is not Super Eagles quality. he is unintelligent. clumsy and makes poor decisions most of the time - no wonder he can's get a game in AC Milan. Maybe the coach should try him in LCM. Tella is better than him, faster and more athletic.
Partially agree. Chukwueze can be good on his good day but there is a psychological block somewhere or laziness that makes him so inconsistent. Definitely other options should be looked at and hopefully Tella gets a runout in subsequent matches
Bro, how can you say that about Chukwueze..you forget in a hurry .. Chukwueze is faster than Tella, a good dribler and a trikish player.. i agree with you that he makes mistakes in his final decisions atimes and he's not consistent, i don't know what's always happening to him, he will be on fire now tomorrow he will decline and loose form badly..
But on a very good day he's the best among all..

He plays same wing with Pulisic and Pulisic is more experienced..
