1:01 since it was a penalty Hougaard could’ve kicked the ball into touch and it would’ve been a South Africa lineout. Since he tapped it the penalty was already taken and when he kicked it out normal rules applied and it was a lineout to the opposition.
The funniest part is the Welsh commentator who genuinely sounds pissed off at the opposition for playing bad
