    Does the amount of coffee change in cappuccino and latte? Can you explain how you adjust the milk difference and cream difference? It still seems like they are the same thing.

      It depends on the place… it’s more common now to use a double shot for a café latte. I still use one shot for a latte and also one for a cappuccino. I don’t agree with it though I think a double Is the better option but it’s not up to me, this is how the owners want 😁

      And about the milk, the consistency and texture is the same both for cappuccino and café latte 😊

      ​@@SipHappensI'd been thinking about this for minutes long while I watched the video!!! I still don't get the difference between these two 😅 First I thought the shots, then the size of the cup... As a customer, I'd order a cafe latte if I wanted it stronger in coffee taste or the opposite? Anyways, I'm hypnotized by POV barista videos and this is a good one! It's really nice watching your workflow, you have a new subscriber and admirer!!

      @@juliafaria1275i think it depends on where u’re from… in italy if u order a cappuccino you’ll get more foam more often compared to these PoV barista videos on yt, and caffelatte they will serve with no foam and you can just tell them how you’d like to balance coffee and milk…

    to be honest you should ask your manager to install jug rinser on the bar table. it can save you the precious seconds than turning your body back and forth to the sink
    edit : also, italian style cappuccino should have thicker foam than latte to the point you can't make latte art with it, and sprinkle some chocolate powder on top. i've seen lots of cafes cannot differentiate between cappuccino and latte i regret visiting their places. work on your steaming technique.
