I think dealing drugs should be punishable by the death penalty.
I think EVERYONE who disperses opioids should be treated the same. If we're aiming to punish someone for getting someone else addicted to a drug, why does it matter if the drug came from the streets or the pharmacy?
Keep charging low-level dealers after overdose calls, you'll start getting less calls for help and more bodies dumped in the streets.
