It's cool about Snaggletooth and everything but I'm still waiting for someone to make a figure of my bae, Bea Arthur. She truly was a Golden Girl!
Imagine, If she married C-3PO, she could be the Goldenrod's Golden girl, and permanent resident!

This has been covered elsewhere, but for the IG88 action figure (much like snaggletooth's belt buckle) they had to invent feet for it. The model used in the film didn't have any, so there were no reference photos even possible. The feet were approved, and now to this day those are IG88's feet no matter where he's seen (models, comics, TV series, etc.)

The person responsible for the "Jan" on the Y-Wing label sheet was a guy. He also got his initials "J V D M" on the label sheet for a M.A.S.K. Boulder Hill playset hidden in a series of TV monitors in a computer terminal. The one time I recall him sneaking something into plastic was the Chewbacca Bandolier where he managed to get his and his wife's name, Jan and Martha, in raised letters in a futuristic font on the straps that hold the blue parts box on the bandolier. He was sweating that one because he thought he might get fired if they caught him.

Ever hear of a metal C3PO from early 80's? It's the same size as the plastic one, looks identical, but has no moving parts.

@@ThatJunkman I don't know. Back in the mid 80's my uncle gave me his Star Wars collection. He had almost everything. One of them was metal 3PO. My mom kindly donated the whole collection one day to a charity shop while I was at school. I was pissed! Still am to this day, but that 3PO was something I haven't seen anywhere else to this day. It was silver, cast from steel. It looked like they used the same die as the plastic Kenner one. Anyhoo... There ya have it.
