This was such a fun video to film for you. There are so many lessons online these days, I tried to do something different and I think this worked out great. Although I'm not the best "workout" coach as I eat a have diet of potato chips and beer, this video will help you get in shape on the drums. So grab a pair of headphones and play-along with me. You can level up and eventually play along with the advanced warm-up routine.

Heres a tip: if any one can play this intermediate and advanced but not at beginner slow down and learn how to play it slow. Often times the beginner stuff thats slow can be the hardest. But if its learned how to play slow it will be easier and smoother later
