Ha- not called alberts. He didn't invent it, has no right to have it named after him. Kit Summers explained this in the revision of his book.

Are the tricks formerly known as alberts and treblas the most difficult 3-club tricks, when thrown continuously? Some even do a mix of them.

They are certainly more difficult for some than for others. There are more difficult 3 club tricks for myself, but the body throws are probably some of the most challenging for me.
