Do you know why shadow cliffs has paused all plants for the 2022 trout season? It just says on the ebrpd website that all trout plants have been stopped at shadow cliffs. Have you been past there recently?

They closed all east bay parks due to storm damage.

First there's no water, then there's too much water and safety is an issue. I'm sure they will open once all the problems has been resolved.
