BMW E46 "Angel Eye Guy" RGBW Chasing Angel Eyes Installation & Demonstration

- I've put this video off long enough, so here is my installation & demonstration of "Angel Eye Guy"'s RGBW Chasing Halos on my daily E46 Convertible. These are the same halos that are on my 330i converted E46 sedan, which have been on that car for 2 years. In my opinion, for $140, these are one of the best halos on the market and have versatility for any occasion. This is one of the frequently asked about mods on my car, so I hope this video provides insight into everything about this specific angel eye. As always, thank you guys for watching!

Nice video and thanks. Was wondering as you mentioned at the start, you got this set cause you could turn totally off if you wanted. You showed turning them off using the APP. Is that how it’s done and they stay off til you turn on via APP and specify color? I too want to be able to be in car, running or accessory mode and be lights out. Had to finally reprogram my daytime running light to be off cause I was always LIT UP. Thanks
Yes, using the MagicLED app is the only way to turn the halos on & off. They will remain off during the drive cycle that you turned them off, if you have the car running when you turn them off. When you shut the car off, lock it, unlock, and turn it back on, the halos will illuminate back to the color it was set previously, before you turned them off.

Hi bro! I have a problem, maybe you know the solution. I changed the RGB mode in the application settings (Magic LED). And now it won’t appear in the bluetooth list.
I’m not entirely sure how to go about fixing that. I’ve messed around with the RGB settings in the app before, but I usually revert it back to the default before exiting. Perhaps unplug the Bluetooth module and reconnect?
Did you have issues connnecting with Bluetooth? Mine connects it for a few mins, then after that it doesn't. It sucks coz now it will force me to disconnect from the power source

can you use the red and yellow wire, in the dme as the positive wire for 12v so it will keep power to the lights?? or should i just connect them straight to the positive post? cause my RGB angels eyes came with only two wires, ( black for ground, and red for positive ) ... im just wondering if i can use the same wire you used to climp into the DME?
The main positive wire goes to the red/yellow accessory wire, so yes.

Is it possible for these halos to create a revolving white color?
Yes. Mode 18 in the app will change the halos to spin in white.

Yes, you can. I’ve bought two sets of Angel Eyes from him, including a couple replacement rings for rings that failed.
