Moths scare me ! little devils ! Time to spritz my wool clothes with lavender again- thanks for the reminder !
If you see any of the little critters IN there, being destructive, put your yarn in the freezer for a few days.
I read that lavender is a good deterrent for moths
How annoying 😮
I was gifted a bag of yarn. Sad to say, it had some creepy crawlies in it. That bag didn't even make it home. I dropped it in a dumpter on the way home. You do have to be very careful with such a precious stash❤❤❤. Well done, you!!!
I had them in my kitchen at one stage. They were awful. It's the caterpillars that eat fabric. The adults don't eat.
Freeeze everything. 😮😮😮💙🇬🇧
When do the things that you can do is, get a can of OFF, yeah, you know that stuff. We don’t want to put it on ourselves, however, you can spread on your screens of your doors and windows. This will slow down the emergence of all sorts of insects. Cause you’ll have to reapply it if it rains, but it will keep them all sweat from your doors. Also high myself have invested in bins. are used to store my yarn outside of bins and plastic bags or just naked. Now they are in plastic bags sealed inside of bins. I know bins can be expensive so you’ll have to shop around, or just buy one this week and maybe one in a couple weeks on payday, however, way you want to do it. keeping things enclosed in some thing is the only way to keep critters out
Where did you get the cedar balls?
I picked them up through Amazon. There's an affiliate link in the description :)
@@MaireColclough ok thanks
