this is so neat! your entire family seem to cook so well. i've never though to add chicken seasoning or capers into my pate--I'll have to try that.
i tend to like my pate a little stronger in liver flavor so I omitted milk on the recipe on my channel, but I made a black garlic thyme one that seems completely different than what your family makes.
