  • Testing WIP surface physics for RBR real physics project. Stage is Ouninpohja 34,5km, made by Mikko Virtanen. I just started it a little bit later to drive it as 33km version (same as driven in 2011 WRC Finland).
    You can follow RBR Real Physics project in here: / rbrrealphysics
    Engine sound download (updated 2/2016): www.filedropper...
    Introduction how to change engine sound:
    1. Download dattool (www.kegetys.fi/...) and put it to your RBR main folder
    2. Download new engine sound (link for sound in this vid above)
    3. Make a backup copy of your audio.ini (located in rbr main folder)
    4. Drag audio.ini over dattool so it extracts it to folder named "Audio"
    5. Open audio folder and open its subfolders until you get in folder named "cars" in it
    6. Move Fiesta_WRC.eng to that "cars" -folder
    7. Open "cars.ini" in in that same folder
    8. Edit the values for the slot that you have Fiesta WRC in. For example:
    Car5=Fiesta_WRC
    Car5_LowShelfAmp = 2.0
    Car5_LowShelfFrequency = 200.0
    9. Go back to RBR main folder and drag "Audio" -folder over dattool (that puts it back to audio.ini
    10. Done. You can adjust equalization settings in audio.ini. I have made low frequencies (-250hz) louder to have more bass in sound.
    Sound is made by nanamitatsuki.
