I’ve had night terrors for 25 years, where I’m being chased, killed, things I can’t even say on here. I can only go to sleep by adovan or I am up all night. It’s slowly going away, now I just have bad dreams, not terrors, I am praying these go away for good after this year. It really hurts me and makes me depressed if I remember them when I wake up. It’s horrible to feel like you’re fighting demons for 8 hours every night!
Oh Queen Ra & family, i had found this little baby puppy while i had stopped to move a turtle out of the road & and I've been slowly nursing him back to health. It was bad guys he was a mess. Anywhoo, i got him a little bed to put beside my bed so he would feel safe & i play the water sounds now for both him and i! lol. It was weird because just 2 days before, i was thinking, i need to get myself a doggie! Someone had dumped him off. I wont get into the graphics. No triggers but yeah. He's doing much better and finally eating! I got a haircut, too! Im ready for this double rebirth! 😊 carrying a green crystal for my heart chakra right now & my amethyst, always my amethyst. I named the puppy Bodie meaning strength & courage. ❤️. Going to make him a service dog so he doesn't have to be afraid anymore.

I didn’t know what “crab in the bucket mentality” was so looked it up. So hoping this helps someone else here too. If there are crabs caught in a bucket, and one crab tries to climb out and escape, the other crabs grab it and pull it back down in the bucket.
