it is so hard to chose your favorite maiden album as a fan but to those that feel this one: Very strong choice. I am a Piece of Mind kinda guy but I can see why Seventh son.
My top-3 in no order will always be SiT, 7th son and maybe surprisingly BNW. The others of course follow closely. Up the Irons!
I too love BNW, I think it's an amazing album even removed from the hype at the day that Bruce and Adrian had returned. I think my biggest hot takes are amolad being one of their greatest and Number of the Beast being somewhere in the middle of the pack.
This album is a brilliant masterpiece!It's not that I like this album a lot...it's more that this album is already a part of myself..!
It's a concept album based on a book. This is the album closer.
The best Iron Maiden album.. A concept album that tells the story of a gifted guy that is a clairvoyant, he get blamed for the prediction he make to save his people. then end up wondering if he is gonna do good things or bad things with his gift. This album is an epic masterpiece.

the most energetic intro i ever heard !
Maiden's only concept album, from 1988, and one of their best. What you hear at the end is how the album started. The only way you'd fully grasp the meaning behind this song is to listen to the album from start to finish and have the lyrics out.
