Incin's mobility is really the only thing keeping him in check as a low tier. Because that character has some tools to work with and we're seeing right here how much more they can be abused with a character with better stats.
The craziest thing is that even with some of the worst mobility in the game he’s still a solid mid tier with plenty of results.
Even if he had a MODEST mobility buff, he'd be twice as scary
His not low tier especially with skyjay beating top tiers .

Man I dislike Gen 8 VGC because of Incen, the dogs and that "I sit on another pokemon" pokemon.

If Incineroar was actually this fast, he'd EASILY be a top 5-10 character.
His moveset is actually amazing he just doesn't have the speed to keep the pressure going after a hit and its such a shame.

I wouldn't even say Incineroar is a low-tier anymore considering he has some legitimately good tournament results under his belt courtesy of folks like Skyjay, but if Incineroar was this fast he'd be not only a radically better character but outright one of the best characters in the game.

As an Incen main for the entirety of ultimate this is the only buff I ever wanted for him. But not this fast I just didn't want him to be the slowest, seeing what I wanted done first hand makes total sense why they never did 😆.
