  • At CBU, it is tradition to open each semester with a smudging ceremony. We want to ensure this tradition lives on, even in an online environment.     I wasn't there so I can not say if is true or not. I was raised, a Christian. At 1st I was reluctant to use sage thinking that it was a bad thing to practice. In reality, sage is so powerful that helps to get rid of bad vibes, including excessive nightmares. I burned sage and cleanse my house n those nightmares stopped.
