THANK YOU. I've been struggling with this for years!! Note: some models (like the PR50) you can pull one click on the crown and press the bottom button to restart the seconds hand. and pull two clicks on the crown and press the bottom button to restart the minutes hand.
To reset the starting point of the chronograph hands you need to unscrew the crown and pull the crown to position 1 and position 2 for the buttons to reset them i.e when the hands have gone out of synch. Once the hands are back in synch you can then do a standard timing reset without unscrewing the crown. Thanks,
Nice instructions for the PRS200 I got in February and did not know how to set especially the date on. Actually getting the crown loosend did the trick. But the full video content could get usefull in the future. Thanks.
I'm fine with using the chronograph functions but when I go to set the time and push the crown back in the seconds hand (the larger one) stays at 12 whilst the smaller seconds hand turns. How do I fix this?
The large seconds hand moves only if you start the chronograph function by pushing the upper button. If you press it again it stops and then you reset it by pushing the lower button. The small seconds hand is used for the regular timekeeping function.
I've had my watch about a year and a half (gift from my parents) and it's stopped ticking. I'm able to manually change the date and time, even followed videos on how to properly wind it - but it simply won't tick. Could the battery be dead in under two years?

AngeloShabazzX usually automatics can be turned off completely from limited wear and usually automatics become less accurate over time compared to a quartz for example. I would personally do it. I know realize this comment is 10 months old haha.

The manual says not to set the watch between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m.
