Hi, I have cleared technical round at Accenture and got a mail from HR that I I am glad to inform you that you have cleared all the previous rounds of interview. We will reach out to you soon for sn HR interview and got a link to complete the EAF and documents upload and I have uploaded all the required documents including signed LOA and submitted EAF also and when I was expecting my HR round I am even unable to login into portal and getting message that you are not authorized.
I am shocked what happened there is no message from HR and POC also no responding. Could you please guide me on this??

dont wait and start giving interview in other companies too
@@TechFirdous Sure, I have left all the hope on Accenture as I felt like I am almost selected and then there's no reply from there end anymore even though after follow ups of multiple mails,calls and messages.. So now moved on. Thank you for your valuable reply.
Hi, my joining is on 6 Dec 2021 and all the action items i have completed on countdown to accenture but are in review mode. Can you please tell me when I should expect any mail for further upload of signed offer letter and terms of contract from accenture end? Also about schedule of my first day of joining as i dont have any onboarding POC allotted. I am joining on level 11.
you should receive mails from accenture till now
always have a backup offer if you are going to join accenture

By when we will get the mail that my technical round is cleared or not
if you get update within 14 days then fine
else consider yourself as unselected
@@TechFirdous thank you I got email that I am selected for HR round and they asked me to upload the docs However when I was doing this they changed the status that you have been selected for technical round and schedule your interview by booking the slot when I called them they said due to audit failure you need to give your interview again or technical round again does it happen and if that happens to whom shall I connect to correct this

I have cleared the technical and HR round. Submitted all documents and completed EAF. Now they are saying need to clear client interview round. Then they will release offer letter.
I have no idea what they will ask to a 5 yrs exp candidate for Microsoft windows Server Administration.

I got mail for round 2 final round. Which means it’s HR or manager round?

@@invisibler3 it’s manager round. They will ask 50% technical and 50% behavioural questions which also consist of situation based questions. Finally I got offer letter within same day itself.

Is there any online assessment test before technical round?
Since i had given interview for teams lead so for me no online assessment test taken.
For lesser experience junior developer i heard they took the online assessment test.
For my senior who given interview for architect for her also no online assessment test was taken.
So only for freshers or junior developer online assessment round happen.

What is salary range for management level 11
Salary range will be between 7 to 12 lpa

I would say ask salary fixed inbetween 8 to 10 that would be ideal.
If your current salary is high you can asked higher than this.
Ask fix 8 minimum which will make your ctc 10 lakh.
Ideally try to take 10 lakh fixed(12 lakh ctc)
@@TechFirdous Current is 8.5 CTC. So I will ask for 13.5 CTC , then maybe after negotiate we can come to 12 or 12.5 .

If they have very urgent requirement and you give comparatively good interview so in that case they take only one tr rounds and provide offer letter

I would say very easy
If you don't have 90 days notice period and you are expecting very high salary
@@TechFirdous in my case have attend TR on 6th August and now can I expect managerial round or direct offer letter
You will have hr/manegeiral round
After that they will generate offer
But for most of the case
They have 2 technical round and then hr round
