I would say the Widebody scats are tuned more so than the narrow scats from factory ...I recently changed from 19 narrow to 20 Widebody and I can tell a big difference!

I read that Dodge will be offering a software upgrade that requires a 4 digit passcode to release the full power of the car. No passcode and it will only go up to idle. Saw on Matt Moran Motoring. Oh, and I’m with you on gun ownership. I have my conceal carry and where I go, it goes.
Don't wait too long to replace those tires if you get a blowout and throw that tread you're going to take out you are fender flares that would end up costing you a lot more then just a set of 4 tires
I have a v6 and I make 80k a year. I should of gotten the v8 but I’m not in a rush I’m buying a house right now. So it’s not like I can’t afford it, so I rather save for a hellcat. Just cause you have a v6 doesn’t mean your broke lol

Had a 2019 Challenger Widebody (pitch black).....several months ago I upgraded to a 2017 Challenger Hellcat (12K mi). several Dodge dealerships in my area (Tampa,FL) have service specials....one of which is always a Full synthetic oil change for $45.95 or 3 for $100. If you register your car with Mopar and download the "My Mopar" app on iphone, you can see Dodge dealership service specials local to your zip code. There is also a Brake pad replacement special for $114.95. Brake dust on the front wheels of a Hellcat is insane.....way worse than on my Widebody Scatpack. Roughly 100 miles after a cleaning, the front rims are covered in dust. Gonna have those Z26 Powerstop pads put on the next time I go to dealer for oil change.

I bought a used 2019 Scat Pack Charger 2 weeks ago. Completely loaded, with only 8300 miles. My first dodge ever. These cars are absolutely fantastic and amazing to drive.

One thing I can say brotha is that i need them seats man cant do the cloth with the widebody, I need them leather seats.

Both Narrow and wide bodies serve their purpose the narrow body is perfect for rolling racing and the wide body is perfect for drag racing. Tires go with the michelins pilot sport 4s, catch can, air intake, and a tune. Hellcats are for anyone who want to take it to the next level however scatpacks are the goldilocks of the dodge lineup. Use rock auto for parts, buy oil packages straight from the dealer( 300-400 for the year), get your tires from the wholesale clubs like BJ’s/costco/etc. for the Michelins you can get them for 12-1300 for the set with road hazard coverage, balance as well as rotations for the life of the tires. Finally, get a kill switch for security purposes
My dealership does a 3 pack oil change for like $210 which is good for the year for me. Get it changed about every 4 months at around 3-4k miles.

Nope. I wouldn't. But, that's me. To me, there's nothing special about the Charger 392 Scat Pack outside of it's engine. It's just a sedan like any other sedan except it has a huge engine. It's a cool sedan, but it's still a sedan looking a lot like other sedans. Now, The Challenger Scat Pack is a different beast. It's distinctive looking. The last old school looking muscle car. Nothing else out there looks like a Challenger.

Man when your hood was up your engine sounded like somebody had change in their pocket and put their pants 👖in the dryer. Sounds like u got the dreaded "Hemi tick" already. You need some amsoil signature series and substitute 1 quart with Lucas oil stabilizer. Did that with my SRT 392 44k miles no Hemi tick. Also never leave a Hemi sitting in park idling. Screws the lifters.

From my understanding letting the engine idle for 5 to 10 minutes maybe 20 won't really cause too much of an issue. It's really when people let the car idle for a hour or more and usually the lifters go bad in the MDS system when people don't change their oil as often as they should. Honestly just my own personal preference I changed my oil 500 to a 1000 miles before the sticker just to keep fresh oil in here. Of course I'm not an expert mechanic I just did a lot of research on the hemi tick before I purchased my car.

The answer is no. I was soooo close to buying a 2021 Scat Widebody. Not worth the money. Very cheap build quality. Just look at the interiors they come with. All plastic fake leather. Even the headrest does not move forward to support your head. Gas cost and Tires will take you to the edge.. But do what you will with your money. Inflation is here and best to keep some of that green stuff in your pockets instead of a car. Its all ego driven. Means nothing in real life. Pass
