Meat 600 gms
Fried potatoes
Onion 1 big size + 1 small size
Green cardamom 4
Black pepper 1&1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Mace flower 1/2
Black cardamom 2
Cumin seeds 1&1/2 tbsp
Star anise 1
Bay leaves 2
Salt 1+2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Curd 2-3 tbsp
Green chillies 4-5
Kewra water 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Water as required

And chicken me bhi same tarike se bana sakte hai bas jo gosht ko cooker me seeti de kar pahle galaya hai wo mahi karna bas chicken add kar ke achche se bhun lena hai aur fir thodha pani add kar dhak kar open lid ka sath 5 se 7 minute paka le fir chawal add kar le pani wagaira jo sab seeti lgane se pahle add kiya wo sab add kar ek seeti lgaa le aur cooker jab khud se thanda ho jaye tab khole aur tayaar hai

Ji dear cooker ke ek whistle High to medium heat par aane ke baad heat off kar de lekin cooker ko tab Tak nahi kholna hai jab tak cooker ki steam puri tarah naturally nikal Jaye yani 15 -20 mins ke liye band cooker chod de jab apne aap steam khatm ho jaye jab cooker khole... aur 600 gm chawal 3 cup hoga measuring wali cup
