- Hello ! ☺ For this new roleplay I wanted to try a colder character, that would match a quite mysterious shop. This video was inspired by the Outlander series books and TV show which I love (I’ve always been attracted to medicinal plants and old remedies), so I tried to get this Renaissance / Medieval / Fantasy blend. I like that she’s cold, adds mystery to the character. Makes me question how she came to learn all this medicine and tea making
The apothecaries backstory: her family was struck with the plague and being the only survivor she couldn’t go anything to help them. the doctors only cure was to burn their house with the family inside. She then took it upon herself to learn everything she could about medicine for any sickness in order to help those In need like she wished she could for her family. Boom. I could write 📖 🤣😂

That's not how it works. The algorithm diesnt know the video it just knows how often its watched. That's it and by whom and the tags that are used. The tittle of the video and how often asmr is types in on CZcams and Google

I like the character. She's knowledgeable, earnest, and compassionate. Her coldness is only a stiff facade, but she has a deeper warmth.
It is rare that I actually actively watch ASMR. Usually I have it playing in the background while doing other things as the evening comes to a close. However, these videos are so beautifully recorded that I find it difficult to look away. I often find myself mesmerized by the gorgeous scenes and interesting objects you managed to find. There's an impressive attention to detail.
For me it's also mostly a background thing for relaxation and/or sleep, and I also very rarely bother to comment on stuff on the internets, but I completely agree. This is amazingly well done, big RPG vibes...

For what it's worth, I actually enjoyed the colder character. It might sound odd, but my social anxiety makes it hard to work with warm sociable people. I feel this extra urge to be super chatty even though it's hard. This even carries over when I watch role plays and I have to remind myself nothing is actually required from me. This character clearly didn't need our want extra input from me so I just enjoyed.
Interesting you say that. I love Asmr but I don't care for questions posed and answered in them. I find it distracting.
I feel the same way. I think sometimes the enthusiasm comes off unrealistic for the context. Like my eye doctor is friendly but is never that caring or excited to be doing my eye exam. It seems a bit insincere and brings me out of it. This character seems down to earth and no nonsense which I like. It seems realistic to situation
can you ellaborate "social anxiety" and "urge to be super chatty"? At first, they sounds contradictory
@@texteel Sure! Social anxiety as a diagnosis didn't just cover a reluctance to engage in social interaction. It's also the pressure one feels to put on an outgoing, enthusiastic "persona" so people won't realize how uncomfortable you are. We've all had to "put on a happy face" here and there, but social anxiety can make it feel like you have to do that alllll... the...time. Does that help?

I really enjoyed this character. She still came across as caring, just very to-the-point and direct which I liked. The extra-special-you're-amazing roleplays that are so prevalent these days are nice but this was a delightful contrast.
This isn't something like "let's pretend we're in the barbershop not my parent's couch, aye? and you can't see all the mess behind me" the Atmospehre... Damn. ASMR for both ears and eyes. Great job!
I really enjoy this character. She’s stern, but still committed to taking care of you as best she can. That’s not something I’ve seen a whole lot in ASMR. I love warm, cozy videos, too, but this is something new and very enjoyable for me.

I really love her demeanor - it isn’t warm and fuzzy caring, but it isn’t cold to the level of “go away.” It’s somewhere in between. So perfect. A true gem of a production, every single moment! 🥰
This character reminds me of my english teacher. Shes a bit hard and cold on the outside, but shes really sweet and is actually pretty hysterical. As of right now im out of school due to COVID-19, however this was a good little reminder of her because shes one of my favorite teachers :)

We are getting to a point where we watch these videos for the same reason we watch great actors act... to see someone being a master of his\her craft. Building up atmoshpere like this is sooo important for immersion. Also, the editing adds to the narrative as well. Really spot on work.

This was a really well made roleplay. Even though the character was cold I still felt taken care of. The plants and herb grinding was very tingley. So was the up close off screen whispering. Good stuff more please.😁

Masterfully done. This seemed less like a "fantasy role-play ASMR" than it did one of those "unintentional ASMR" vids. Felt like we were watching an actual apothecary plying her trade, which just so happened to provide phenomenal ASMR as an incidental side effect.
Jim5ASMR, goodnight moon, and ASMR with Anna are all equally awesome at acting! They set the scene and you really get a good sense of character with them.
Every time I watch her ASMR's, I feel like I'm the main character in a movie, and that's splendid!

Got so many tingles from making the tea 😊And I like that she wasn’t overly friendly, it was a nice change from some of the roleplays that are too sweet and chatty that it’s hard to relax and fall asleep. You must have worked so hard on this and the effort really shows. Very impressive, subbing to see what you do next!

The attention to detail is so overwhelmingly precise and careful, I'm so impressed. I put these videos on in the background while I study because I find the sounds really soothe and focus me. Just watching that old stuff brings to mind an old area in atlanta many years ago with so much spirit and history, good people with much character. I love it. While I don't want to put any unhealthy faith in those things, they do help bring back those wonderful memories. I love watching scenes such as this.
