I've tried several air fryer wings methods and this definitely works but my go to method is to use baking powder instead of corn starch or flour. Also, no need to spray the wings because the fat from them usually renders and creates enough oil on its own (it won't look that way until halfway through the cooking though so be patient). Just be sure to flip them a couple times so that oil surrounds the chicken.
