Each time i went through anxiety/depression i developped frequent urination. It's insane how our body and our organs can respond to that.

I start to yawn too, when I’m on the edge of a breakthrough. Or I cry enough and start yawning. I thought it was the spirit, but it’s nice to know it’s a release. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for your insight

I started just feeling my emotions about 7 months ago and let out so much pain. Now I enjoy lfeeling my emotions instead of pushing them away and my body is healing. I can feel energy moving through my body and feel electric like releases.❤

How do you “feel it”? I’m sooo trained to push it away or use my copings that I don’t know how to feel them..

@@Johanna.1111 Hi love, great question. This is something that’s totally normal to be stuck in. Feeling is actually something that our minds tricks us into thinking it’s more difficult than it is. My answer would depend more on your situation and personal experiences but I’ll do my best to explain and answer. If you’d like you can schedule a free 1 hr coaching call with me at this link. This link is usually for my 30 minute calls to explain someone my coaching but we can just use it as a 1 hour free call. Just put in the comments a reminder that if our conversation here and that we’re doing an hour. calendly.com/heatherballish/self_and_soul_coaching
If that doesn’t feel aligned to you though, no worries. I’ll do my best to explain here. The first step is to recognize when you’re trying to push something away. Maybe you feel angry about something someone said but you feel the urge to move on with your day instead. Pause and know giving yourself time to sit with this emotion will be worth it. Usually the hardest part is just deciding to feel it because we’re afraid of the pain. However, usually the pain of feeling is not that bad. A lot of the times it can actually feel really good because we’re releasing stuck energy. But we can fear the pain we think we will experience so much that our minds try to stop us from feeling it by actually creating an even more intense pain in that moment when we’re in the middle of making the choice of whether or not to feel. So breathe and remember it can only get better from this moment.
The second step is to find a safe and comfortable physical place to go into the feeling. I suggest doing this at the same time as step one and not waiting until later. Thinking “I’ll do this later” is another way our minds trick us into not feeling. Once your comfortable, sit or lay down, close your eyes and feel into your body. Allow anything to be there that is there, without judgment of yourself. From the example in step one, if you’re dealing with anger over something someone said to you - remember what they said, feel the anger, let yourself react however you need without judgment. This step is all about releasing. What do you feel? (Example - tightness, nausea, etc.) Where do you feel it? Can you just let it be there? Just sit with it and breathe. If it is anger, for example, you can do an anger release (scream into a pillow, punch a pillow, put on an angry song and dance around, shake your body, cry).
If you’d like to go deeper (which can be truly transformational) I’d journal. Or feel into your past - which younger version of yourself comes to your mind? What were they feeling in that moment? How do you feel about them now? What did they experience then that caused them anger? Are you still carrying that anger? If so, why?
