- The Nor-Tech 460 to me is like a timeless masterpiece that can out live many of us. Its really fast but yet very sporty and elegant . Today Steve from Tuppens Marine sea trials with us and shows us this beautiful boat.
Miami Boat Show Show 2022 was a very busy show and this Nor-Tech 460 was once again one of my favorites.

I have the sound coming from my surround sound system and those 450 s sound amazing.
Rides super quiet no pounding no ratting just the engines humming that sound great.

Alfred, you lead a charmed life. You are very blessed to be able to do what you do, getting out on these awesome boats! If I get to Miami next month I want to go for a ride in something like this. Those nor-techs are insane...if I hit the old powerball...2nd on my list to a house.
I watch very few boating channels. One reason is so many will show the docks and all the hilarity going on but don't like to step into the water. Fine with me. I'm still visiting his channel because every so often he does get into the water and takes the audience with him. It was fun seeing his tour of the seedy side of Miami's marina with the broken down/abandoned boats. Never thought I'd see something like that in Miami, LOL...
You could here it in the beginning where the driver gave it just a little more throttle. That just makes it even better. Listening to the power that it produces.

Wow, such a smooth riding boat, complemented by those Mercury Racing 450s which were remarkably quiet and also sounded smooth. Such a perfect combination, plus I love the walkthrough cabin.. and nice bathroom👍👍💖
Alfred we really enjoy your videos. My wife and I will be coming down from SC to FL for our 37 th anniversary.
First week in May. I want to stop in Miami then haul over and black point marina. Then down to the keys.
Please make suggestions for things to do and see. We want to take a boat ride out to see that beautiful blue clear water.

If I bought one of these I would rig it with 4x600s or a couple turbines @2000hp each or maybe just 1500hp each.
Come on Alfred you're a single hull fan, but convince us that a cat doesn't handle and stability is much better. About time you do a trial on a good cat.

I did not say no 77 mph out of that boat I don't believe it can do that I seen maybe 50 and that was ityeah that is a nice boat maybe the reason they didn't go over 50 is because you was scared to go over 40 maybe what you said to him made him change their mind about opening it wide open
77 seems right for that hull with quad 450s. Their center console version with the same hull does about that at WOT. The quint motors top out in the mid 80s. These demo rides never go to WOT because they are afraid that people won't hold on and will get injured.
