Hey everyone if you want to practise this follow some rules I use:
-train your arms (highly needed)
-and train your legs
- please wear some kind of hand protection (gloves)
-keep your back as horizontally as possible
-if your arms are trained enough to carry some of your total weight (your legs carry 50% and arms 50% but that depends on how you run on all fours) you should try jumping, like make a little easy parcour in your garden and just play with it, with jumping you use alot of energy and your arms could/will get a little tired.
-and just drink lots of water when you are running alot
