Oblivion Pro Tip - Craft 4 pieces of gear with 25% chameleon on each = 100% = Non Stop Invisibility regardless of attacks or actions. You can wipe out an entire town and no one will know whats going on.
Yeah. I did this on my first playthrough. I was so incredibly happy that it was possible. I then removed it to play normally and not break the game. You can also craft a ring that lowers stamina and reverse pickpocket it onto an NPC inventory, they will eventually wear it, and their stamina will drain and they pass out. But my favorite discovery (which so far I haven't seen anyone make a video on) combines some of the things I discovered and learned from others. You can repair some daedric summoned armor/weapons or damage them (any number other than 100 durability) and it will remain permanent - reverse pickpocket it onto the adoring fan (its weightless), and then cast a Rally/Fortify Blade spell on him to make him fight. Its the best. Also Oblivion stones at high level are insane/ give effects you otherwise can't get. I have like 300 feet detect life permanently. I discovered the skyrim potion thing on my own as well by accident. I was trying to fortify restoration spells (instead of making healing potions) so I could heal myself better since no gear seemed to buff the values but only reduce mana costs - and I thought it was probably better to improve healing spells so I can level restoration like I wanted to (going pure mage). -- I was kinda pissed when I found out that my healing was completely unaffected by "fortify restoration" - which prompted me to to figure out what it did buff (if anything) and then I saw and realized what could be done. I also got 100 speechcraft by selling a potion by accident.
For an alternative method to one-shot Oblivion: Your weapon damage scales with your Fatigue, and if you use Fortify Fatigue effects, your damage will actually continue to scale upwards by 50% for every multiple your current Fatigue is of your base Fatigue (That's actually how Inferno manages to rake everything to death). Your base Fatigue is equal to the sum of your Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Willpower stats, so if you precisely lower those attributes either through casting a Drain spell or baiting a disarmed enemy into hitting you with a weapon you've poisoned with a Damage Attribute effect of the appropriate type, you can make it so you have a single point of base Fatigue. Now, buy a Fortify Fatigue spell and either get into the Arcane University or get the Frostcrag Spire spellmaking altar, then make some Fortify Fatigue 100 pts. spells. Every single Fortify Fatigue 100 pts. spell you cast will increase your weapon damage by *FIFTYFOLD*. Plus, you can stack these indefinitely as long as you cast spells with different names. Once you get the one-Fatigue setup I find this method to be much easier and more consistent than Weakness stacking, even though it scales linearly with each spell cast rather than exponentially. The skill requirements are also much lower, because all you need is enough Destruction to cast a decent-duration Drain on self spell, or 75 Alchemy (which is VERY fast to level) and 100 Block/50 Destruction to either disarm or Disintegrate enemy weapons. You can even combine it with Weakness stacking to become even more broken.
