تهرس البطاطا بعد الاستواء وتبرش عليهم اي نوع جبن
رشة ملح ورشة فلفل اسود ويتم العجن
بعدها تكونها على شكل كراة وتضع داخلهم جبن الموزريلا المقطع كما في الفيديو

Thank you for this wonderful recipe. Made these today with the kiddos and they turned out Awesome! The only thing different I did was...use 1tsp of crushed red pepper and a pinch of garlic powder in the potato mixture then I also used Italian bread crumbs so I didn’t have to add anything extra to the bread crumbs. Can’t wait to make these again. They were great eating plain but my kiddos dipped them in ranch dressing.

You can also swich ingredients!For an example:Use home made cheese,sea salt,bread crumbs from brown bread,ect.

Hi Luvondarox and welcome here! If you don't have a potato ricer you can use a potato masher or a fork. But I admit that the potato ricer work better even for mashed potato, it turns out so fluffy and soft! :D

These look absolutely delicious! They remind me of a Puerto Rican dish that I make called "rellenos de papa". They are kind of the same thing except for stuffed with a meat filling. I am definitely going to try these too - I've added them to my "to make" list :)

Off"da I would think you must or not put enough layers of the flour bread crumbs and beaten eggs coat with flour then egg then bread crumbs at least do it like 7 times or you must have boiled the potatoes too long

Yes, sure, you can use your favourite frying oil like Sunflower seed oil, Soybean Oil....I usually use Peanut Oil because it has an high smoke point: it's the second best frying oil after Olive oil, but this last has a strong flavor and it's more expensive.
