Honestly really impressed that the Mavs gambled and pulled the Miami route, then won big time. They took guys that's been tossed around and given up on and given them a home. Guys like Dante Exum, literally out of the league. DJJ, remember the allegations of him just being a highlight merchant cause all he seemed to do was know how to make a flashy dunk? PJ and Gaff on top of that and this squad was built on toughness man. Really impressive stuff.

@@SK99900 Yeah I can't lie. What he is doing is impressive. Very impressive. Back to back triple doubles against one of the best teams in the NBA and our injured AND getting double teamed?! I mean. That's just crazy. And he is only 24. I think the only thing the Mavs have to work on to beat whoever they face next is FT% because shooting almost better from the field in a NBA game then from the line is HORRIBLE. And also their consisent play. Usually in the first 5-7 Minutes Luka will have 8-10 points and 2-5 rebounds 2-5 assists. Then the next 41-43 minutes Luka gets about 15+ points 5-7 rebounds 5-7 assists. Not bad at all but considering he's pacing for an all time game every night and ends up with under 25 a lot. Its a little concering.
with this team composition, I think the mavs will be able to reach the final and propubly win it, I just wanna see kai and luka holding the trophy, with one of them being the finals MVP.

I think the WCF will have more action than the Finals itself. Tatum and brown can be easily locked up by pj and djj. Tatum is a choker so we're not worried about him.

The best takeaway from this game is that there wasn't one or even two players who won this close-out game for the Mavs down the stretch. There were so many contributors in the comeback win. Everyone executed so well in the final half of the game.

This Mavs team reminds me a lot of the 2011 that won the championship: Role players stepping up and dominating in a full team effort. It isn't all just Luka and Kyrie, but the entire team stepping up when it matters most to pull off the win. This series really exemplified that. This series had four out of six games decided by single digits, and Dallas was being left for dead after getting blown out by 22 points Game 1. They took complete control of the series after that loss, and they did it as a full team effort. Yes, the two big stars had to put up numbers, but they weren't the only ones doing so. It's going to be really interesting to see if the lesser known role players are going to continue going under the radar in the conference finals. Will Luka keep getting double and triple teamed to leave others wide open, or will the defense spread the floor leaving Luka and Kyrie with less contested shots? Either way, I'm confident that this team can continue making a run on their way to the Finals.

As a Mavs fan, this team reminds me a little of 2011. I’m not saying they’re gonna win it all (I pray everyday lol), but the vibes are similar: Really good team chemistry and really good defense. Even Luka is out here playing the best defense of his career and Ky is low key is too!
I think this was the best series so far cuz of how tight each game was points-wise.

It starts with their coach! He has them extremely focused, and their team chemistry is unmatched. A lot of Dallas fans don't like how Kidd always remains calm and composed and never gets called for Techs, but I feel like the team overall has adopted his composure, and they just never give up or lose focus.

The biggest thing they’ve shown me is adaptability and adjusting. They’ve responded to losses in both series and have adjusted within the game not just game to game. I know he gets flack for regular season, but kidd and the staff deserve a lot of credit

In my opinion out of all the teams in the playoffs right now, the Mavericks have the best team chemistry and spirit.
Mavs are really Like That, the Clippers are Not Like Us, and winning over the Thunder put us in a state of Euphoria. There gonna be some Champagne Moments if we can keep our rhythm.
People say we gonna have problems with nuggets/wolves. Trust me when I say it’s the other way around.

You also didn't even mention that Luka was literally injured this series. HE still basically averaged a 30 point triple double. I think right now, this is the most unguardable Mavs team we have seen. WCF is going to 7. I think they have a good chance at beating the Wolves or Denver. We seen now that they have a starting 5 that can score. Not just the guards. Great two way Centers for boards and defense. Great starting PF and SF who can both put up 20+ points 10+ rebounds and still play defense. Luka. Who can drop 40 point triple doubles if he's not quintemple teamed. Kyrie. Who becomes a 40ppg player in the 2nd half. How do you stop that?

The Thunder are a great team but young and at least 1 guy short of being a real contender. It felt like it was harder to score for OKC than for Dallas. Their time will come but for now it´s Dallas, Denver, Boston and maybe the Wolves

They reached this far, but they're struggling with many miss throws. I strongly believe Luka has to improve his mind game. To me, it's clearly affecting his precision and overall performance. I'm miss more of his usual step back three and I miss him showing off his extraordinary skills.
