I have been to Hotel New Horizons this year itself. It is a very good hotel. Though they dont have an in house restaurant but 16 Ana Bangali restaurant below makes up for this deficiency. Each of the sea facing hotels you have mentioned here are good. Very well hand picked collection of sea facing hotels.

Very good choice of hotels. Victoria Club Hotel is also my favourite hotel in Puri. The other hotels you mentioned are also good. Waiting for next part. Truely, price of hotels have increased too much after Pandemic.

Hotel Shree Hari is a good hotel. Their rooms and room service both are good. It is among the top sea facing hotels in Puri . You are right, room tarrifs have increased a lot in last few years. Though price of rooms in all the hotels in this video are a bit high, but your choice is good and this video will be useful for those who can afford the hotel rooms.
