Thank you so much Julie for producing this film highlights, your timing was worth the wait.
What a flashback of memories of that magical night. Your filming and editing captures the spirit and intensity.
Rendezvous II was a turning point in my Parkour Journey. I cannot sleep now for excitement and the dawn of Rendezvous III.

Very very nice video Julie. I loved every second of it. I think that you most definitely have a gift with the making of these videos. You do not only show the calibar of what people can do, but also show the atmosphere. That is really something, to be able to convey what it was like to people who weren't there. You even enable people to relive it.

It was what the Yamakasi asked the particpants to do when they were training, it was said during the intro before the warmup began.

the next rendezvous gathering starts on December 13th in London, 1 day or outdoor training and the 14th will be indoor. Check the Parkour Generations website for details.

I love to do parkour and all of that, but i have no place really to do it because i live in a small area . :( but i love parkour and its my passion! Parkour forever!

@TheLifeofCurtisT there is sure a difference, parkour is about getting from A to B the fastest way possible, not in a competetive way, but in a way that you got flow. Freerunning involves alot of flips and gymnastics and such stuff

yes it is, from 0:25 - 0:28 you can hear him say "No shoes" XD
some parts of that warm up look a lot like what we do on Capoeira, but I'm very relieved we do not do it to that extent. I wouldn't survive the rest of the training then^^

Thanks for the training vid. I tried this out in the hood and the locals chased me down the street calling me pendejo maricon. i don't know what that means but it must be something like parkour icon or something in spanish.

I've done searches, asked people. There's just not enough people who are into parkour in my town that I know of and there arn't anything in towns around mine. To get to any other town I gotta take a ferry anyways :'( though the starting a club idea isn't so bad. I often train with my friends and we tend to get a little attention before someone tells us we're just teanageres trying to get attention or vandalize something

go to a Parkour meet up site, like your city and then Parkour, try and find new traceurs to train with,
OR you can attract atention by starting clubs,
I teach Parkour so I meet new people every day.
just going and meeting ewn people is one of the benifits of Parkour.
