I love how Season 8 just made all the inconsistencies that started taking place since S5 be noticed. Yes, this was an epic scene, but also extremely important to notice that all Bloodriders are supposed to be loyal to death to their Khal/Khaleesi... if a Khal were to be murdered, their bloodriders will hunt down whoever did it, and after killing the culprit, they commit suicide right after. In S8 after they made Jon kill Dany, the dothrakis, were completely find with it and didn't even mind Jon... and didn’t even bother to rampage through Westeros without their leader now, who was the only one keeping them tame. Just complete shithousery of writing in every sense.

i think it was some sort of breathing tubes like that of a snake. they use them to breathe when eating a too-large prey whole. well it is just a guess
