📋 INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage rolls:
White cabbage
2 tsp salt
Filling:
1 red onion
200 g (7 oz) spelt flour
1 tsp marjoram
sesame oil
400 ml + 100 ml (1 2/3 cups + 3/8 cups) vegetable stock
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
1 - 2 tsp salt
Sauce:
1 red onion
60 g (2 oz) walnuts
olive oil
1 tsp tomato paste
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) vegetable stock
1 - 2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
60 ml (1/4 cup) apple juice
150 ml (5/8 cups) soy cream
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp paprika powder, sweet
Garnish:
potatoes
Baking: 200°C (392°F) 15 minutes convection - Jak na to + styl
