sir, SC caste certificate k liy date of issue kya hona chahiye,,,, RBI k notification me kuch ishke bare me nahi hai.... and central level or state ka hona chahiye certificate... kyuki central level ka certificate k liy admit card proof dena pdta hai,, isliy central level bnta nahi h phle.. please guide me..

Any date will do, and central government format is needed like given in the notification of RBI or IBPS or UPSC.
