6 Look VIDGEO dropping tomorrow! And if you were wondering, “Palladium” from Celestial Odyssey is more bronze/taupe leaning than “Platinum Dusk” (taupe/silver) from Moonlit. And the textures are different, as well. Palladium being a truer melted metallic formula, and PD being more a hybrid.

Maybe it's me but this palette seems like the cool toned version of the Bronze Seduction. Bronze Seduction (which I own) and Moonlit Seduction would be the two Mothership palettes I would get the most use out of. Also, the Celestial Odyssey quad have some colors that is similar to the Moonlit Seduction. I think I am going to get Moonlit Seduction, I tend to be intentional in my Pat Mcgrath purchases.
Same girl. Funny you mentioned it. The only two Mothership pallette I own are Bronze Seduction and Moonlit Seduction!! So nice. I also have one holiday pallette and two quads but who's counting. Lol yes girl it's a must have!

@@Muslimah33 Mothership 1 is AMAZING. It's really versatile because it can go from office look to party look very easily. While the palette is mostly subdued, there's just enough drama from the special shades to make a bold statement.

**JUST MY TWO CENTS HERE ABOUT SMILAR SHADES** You are so right I know that some of the shades will look or will be similar to others in previous palettes but that is not why you get Pat McGrath I will hate to use different motherships for a look I love her curation and I know I can get amazing and different looks by just using 1 palette so I do not care if the shades are similar to other palettes I want to open one of her palettes and create a look curated to work within itself.

Love these swatch comparisons. I also take out every single PML palette whenever I get a new one and have a swatch party. It's so fun! And it reminds me to use my older palettes and inspires me to mix and match them together 💜

I suspected this from the sneak peek for Mothership X: I have enough of the other eyeshadow palettes where it's not worth it for me to drop PML prices on a combo I pretty much already have. If I was new to PML, this would excite me so it's probably best for those who don't have too many of her products.
I like it how Alicia’s all comparisons are thorough and detailed. My applause for all the knowledge and attention for tones and textures.
As she said, and I absolutely agree: if you have all the PML releases, you already have the Moonlit Seduction.
Well, I still can’t resist buying another Mothership and see myself if it’s actually something different or not.
Another thing about PML eyeshadows is that there’s no camera can ever show how stunning those shades actually are IRL. You gotta see them with your own eyes.

ok half way through and i gotta say i have noo idea why pat mcgrath has made all these shadows so similar! but the formula is fantastic, my entire makeup collection is only pmg, and i absolutely need every single mothership. i don’t have any smaller palettes (except the pink blitz quad, actually gave away the small 6 pan rose one to my sister), i will gladly use these palettes as they truly do give off different vibes. they even blend so well together and create something entirely new. at the end of the day, i trust mother’s vision and many, many years in the industry. definitely staying here for it all! thank you for the viieeeddeeooosssss ❤️

Hi Alicia, I have to say that I really enjoy how you get into showing us the shades and how they look and how much they are different in undertones. It really showed me a lot. I didn’t think I was going to get this Mothership 10. But I’m really starting to change my mind. It’s just that I have a lot of eyeshadow palettes. That is my favorite kind of makeup product. So I did decide that I was going to do my best not to get palettes that are going to make basically the same looks. But then even though they may make the same look, the experience and the formula from each brand is so exciting. If anyone knows what I mean then they understand. Playing with eyeshadows makes it fun for me. And having mental problems this is something that makes me very happy. And I just don’t want to be disappointed with a palette that’s going to look the same. Anyway Thanks so very much for doing this type of video. I know it’s not easy. Thank you for putting so much effort into comparing all these shades. I'm not into all of the mothership palettes, because most of them give me a similar vibe, even if some tones are a little bit more mauve and others are a little bit more plum and so on. Put if I put several shades on my eyes and blend them together, I don't think, that the difference would be so different in the end. Love pat McGraths quality (really enjoy my midnight voyage) , but I'm not at all a fan of her repetitive color story's.

Whenever Pat drops a new anything, I look for your videos! Thank you so much for the comparisons! Unfortunately, I missed out on getting this palette when I could use the code for a discount so now I have to wait until I get some cash free to get it at full price or wait until it is released at Sephora to get a discount. Either way, I plan on getting this palette! My favorite Mothership palette is Midnight Sun (just like you) and I am excited to mix and match the two palettes together!

I've been holding off buying a mothership for a while now and Subliminal was the first one that caught my eye, but I finally pulled the trigger because of Moonlit Seduction. You are absolutely right. Subliminal is also stunning the opposite of Moonlit Seduction. Wow. I cannot believe the slept on the that one. I may just consider the Mothership Totale it has all 3 Subliminal, Subversive, and Sublime!!

I love your videos, Alicia. I own celestial odyssey and Bridgerton 2 eyeshadow palettes. I’ve been waiting to buy a mothership since I started watching your channel a few years ago. Mothership 10 might be the one but love all the cooler leaning palettes. With my cool fair skin shade, I’m thinking either Sublimal, Divine Rose l or Moonlit…..
Vr sextasy reminds me of the old MAC pigment, blue brown. So much better in a palette vs loose pigment

This was amazing! And it motivates me to play with my shadows rather than buy the new palette right away
I would have loved to see a comparison between VR Sextasy and the duochrome in Deep Space Divinity, because although I can see that they are different textures, it think the flip is very similar. I also wonder how Astral Gold Lust compares to Astral Gold Allure. And I think some great combinations would be Astral Lilac Aura and Lavendaring and Blitz Venus and Astral Pink Moon.
I didn’t swatch those because the finishes are completely different. Alien Moon is a metallic formula and VRS is a more reflective shade. Although they both have a similar vermillion base, Alien Moon is a teal flip, and VRS is an icy blue flip.
