    Thanks for the tip! Helped me a lot. It was second step in my Megane`s air conditioner that was burned. Little scratching and crease to the plug and all four steps working again.

    Thanks for the help, Other videos showed me how to remove the glove box and gain access, but your advice about the dirty contacts is very useful and I will try this. It is the second time in four year that this happened to my 2007 Megane 2 RS 225. Bad electrics but great handling car and 265bhp with a simple tune up 😀 who needs a blower at 100mph:::

      225 horses? good, i´ll bet no speed cameras around there, lucky, bet were you in Germany back then?

    Thanks mine went altogether followed your video and exactly the same thing was wrong used a nail file smooth abrasive strip cleaned with wd40 and it's came back t life thanks mate

    how did you get to the connector? did you have to remove glove box, etc

    How did you get to it? Is your LH or RH drive. Thinking RHD is impossible without stripping to Dash down

      Hi Derek mine is right hand drive, however irrespective of whether left hand drive or right hand drive you don't need to strip down the dash. It's just beneath there as shown in the video. Hope this helps.

    now having this problem, got replaced cost me £90 and now its gone again, so now gotta take to another garage, dread to think of the cost ????? as they said it could be thew motor has gone, never buying another renault with this old school junk
