Easy Blueberry Biscuit Recipe

Preheat oven to 425 F. While heating up put 3 T of butter in a 9 inch pan to melt. Pull out when melted
In bowl mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sprite
2 cups of bisquick
Lightly mix it
Fold in 1 cup frozen blueberries
Use 1/2 cup bisquick to flour the counter to pat out and cut biscuits
Bake 14-18 minutes
I did
2 tablespoons of butter in pan
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup lime seltzer
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 1/4 cups bisquick
1 cup frozen blueberries
I made 6 large biscuits. It took about 24 minutes, I started checking them around 18 minutes and then add on time.
It has certainly been the year of the blueberry. Fresh ones at Kroger every week and the freezer is full. Blueberry Belgium waffles once a week here.
