    Shami Kebab, also known as Shami Kabab, is a popular type of kebab originating from the Awadh region of India, particularly Lucknow. These flavorful patties are made with minced meat (usually lamb or mutton, but sometimes beef), chana dal (skinned split chickpeas), and a blend of spices and fresh herbs. Here’s how you can make them:
    𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲:
    Mince : 1 kg
    Split chickpea lentils : 500 gram
    (soaked in water for 15 to 20 minutes)
    Garlic cloves : 8 to 10
    Dry chili : 10 to 15
    Dry coriander: 1 tbsp
    Cumin: 1 tsp
    Cardamom:2
    Black pepper: 10-12
    Cinnamon:1
    Salt : 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
    Water : 3 cup
    Cook it 25 to 30 minutes after the whistle
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗩𝗲𝗴'𝘀:
    Fresh coriander
    Mint leaves
    Green and red chlies
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯:
    Eggs : 2
    Mix well
    make kabab shapes
    𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴:
    flame low
    Fry each sides for 1 to 2 minutes
