- The camshaft position sensor gathers information about the vehicle's camshaft control module ECM. The ECM uses this data to determine the timing of the ignition, as well as the timing of the fuel injection, the engine would not be able to function properly. Over time the camshaft magnet position sensor can fail, or become worn down, due to accidents or normal wear and and tear. Signs can be as follows; the vehicle does not drive like it used to, check engine light comes on and the car will not start. If your car is roughly idling, stalls frequently, dropped in engine power, has reduced fuel mileage accelerates slowly. Engine light will com on once the sensors are going bad, the car will not start, it can cause the engine to die while driving or after parking it if the problem is not attended to and sometimes the engine dies for good. The latter thinking to fix can be a dangerous situation. Therefore do not hastate to address the issue of bad camshaft magnet sensor.

Stop the music
Can this stop the car not to start all what.
I would like to know what was the cause the v engine of the mecedis benz 4matic when the engine start i got left side of a soze there was much white smoke coming
sound quality is bad and even the musice is annoying .stop the music
After what I've just watched (up to the point of replacing the rubber grommet) I have concluded that you should ride a camel not a Mercedes Benz.
Must i just buy genuine part or can i buy part at another place..because at Mercedes its to expensive
Keep on checking with other spare dealers you will get a cheaper one. DONT buy a second hand on this one. That part is a bit expensive coz it's very important to the engine performance.
Why the music..?
I wish i could mute but I can't.
Camshaft change after how long
Not sure about the changing of camshaft, because I didn’t have the problem that required to change them in all my cars.
Don't buy new part, don't buy used part either! Just open your magnets by drilling the 3 nuts, reseal the magnet inside, where the bad gaskets are, with gasket silicone and assemble.
The dude from the video even opened one of the magnets and didn't realize how easy is to fix the leaking.....
The music ruins this video
