Is it though? I'm not even 10 minutes in and I want to stop watching. What reason did the guy have for throwing his phone while running to the door? He was struggling to unlock the door, but it is somehow unlocked when he moved away from it... why did he crawl to the... why did he go to the window screaming help.... the whole beginning scene was beyond stupid.

It’s best to just watch the entire film, cause I think it’s good, despite some scenes being stupid, even though all the canon scream’s had stupid scenes as well

Although the description notes the events of Scream 4 and Scream (2022) are ignored, I love how this works as a Scream 5.5 and suggests the reason for Sidney's absence in Scream VI. Regardless ... pehnominal job by both cast and crew! Incredible composition and spine-tingling sound design. I loved the brutality and the subtle Craven campiness around Ghostface. Can't beat it.

This is one of the best youtube recommendations that ever came up on my account. I was expecting this to be the typical non-budget "me and my friends made this" type of fan film. Turned out to be the best fan film I've ever seen. It was great, the acting was great, the production values and editing were top tier, you guys should be enormously proud.

Felt like the killer shouldn’t have been able to teleport in the final act between inside and outside, made it seem like 2 killers. Also how old was this guy? He said he was 10 when Billy died yet he’s dating a girl the same age as Katie when Katie was born much later. I needed more scenes of the killer before hand to really be sold on him.
Other than that this film was spectacular all around from script to cast and beautiful cinematography congratulations to the entire team on an outstanding feature. Hope to see more

Not going to lie fan films NEVER hold my attention I usually stop watching half way through but this was amazing I already watched it twice. My fave scene was the cemetery scene when Beth asked for Sidney’s number…the eerie score in the background is perfect it definitely builds suspense in a subtle way. Can’t wait for a physical release of this to ad to my Scream collection up on my shelf👍🏼🔥

Well in that case you should check out the harleen fan-made film it's basically a fan-made film of what they want to see as Joker and Harley Quinn in the future the Batman sequels... not all but most people are smart enough to realize the whole end scene of the Batman where we saw the Joker in The Riddler and Arkham Asylum was pretty much set up the sequel.
A great example of this is the deleted scene that a lot of people saw on CZcams between the Batman and the Joker or the Joker with pretty much like an FBI profiler profiling The Riddler. It would be pretty cool if it turns out that the Joker was a corrupted FBI profiler after all in the deleted scene of the Batman The Joker did not have chemical burns like Jack Nicholson Joker, The Joker in the deleted scene of the Batman seems more like he had third-degree Burns like he was in some kind of altercation with the Batman that caused him to look like that.
it would be kind of interested in the sequels if we see like a younger Robert Pattinson Batman fighting the Joker because at some degree they will have to show that to the audience because we never saw the Batman locking the Joker away... even when you watch the Batman you saw Bruce Wayne's files it said like year one or year two so Bruce in the Batman was already Batman for at least 2 years

Normally I wouldn’t expect that much from a fan movie, but, as someone who’s never been scared of the actual Scream movies, this was ominous in a way that sends shivers up your spine and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I shouldn’t have watched it as late as I did, but it was worth it! This Ghost Face is more menacing than the others, and I’m glad you didn’t scrap the film’s sense of humor. I was captivated throughout the entire film, and if you had told me this was legitimate, I wouldn’t have blinked.

I love this fan flim and I was thinking for part 2, Katie decides to stay with her mother Sidney as she helps her get through everything that happened in Woodsboro, While staying with her mom, Katie makes three new friends Lindsay, Heather, and Milo (who's related to Randy). She has a new love interest (who meets and works at a café) Eric Turner. Everything goes okay, but another Ghostface killer starts attacking people, and after hearing about it Katie and Sidney get to the bottom of it and defeat Ghostface once and for all.
That's my idea for part 2
I don't care much for fan films but this is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen Pretty much almost everything is so good The cinematography, the cast and characters, the direction, the continued story, the music, the nostalgia, the little Easter egg references etc... I ❤ how it pays homage to the Scream movies as I'm a huge fan of the series I can't count how many times I've watched this over and over cause it's so freaking awesome Excellent work I rate this a 8.9/10 Just fantastic You guys did an amazing job 😊👏🏼👍🏼🔪🩸

The Scary thing about Ghostface is him under the mask he's just a perfectly average looking man who's all too capable of blending into society. He's not just some Hideously deform creature or a raging psychotic. He is just the co-worker you occasionally talk to at the officer. Ghostface is a Monster that hides in plain sights and great for playing innocent.

I love how good fan films have gotten over the years.
What can be said, this is an OUTSTANDING fan film. Any scream fan would love this. The story of Sidneys daughter is brilliant. The scences with ghostface are outstanding, everything looks as good as Hollywood quality. The music was used fantastically, with nods to the movies.
The scream films proved Randy wrong that "sequels suck" and now thanks to this, neither do fan films

For what it’s worth, this is a great fan made film. You have to watch it as such, and not try to compare it to a director such as Wes Craven.
Is the camerawork and acting the best? No, but the dedication this team put into the script and the overall experience is 100% felt. It’s amazing in that aspect. It also felt like it’s something you’d see on TV.
I’m my opinion, 7/10.

This has to be a top 3 fan film for me. Amazing directing, cinematography, writing, and acting. Wow. Very well done guys. Every now and then I find a fan film that hits it out of the park, and this was definitely one of those home runs.

As someone who considers herself a diehard Scream fan, this was genuinely & shockingly good. For a fan-made movie, you guys really made this feel like it belonged in the franchise. You followed the formula, which admittedly made the killer, red herring, and hero all predictable, but kept it fresh! This’ll be one I watch in conjunction with any rewatches I do in the future! Incredibly well done and thrilling! The music even felt like it was plucked straight from a horror movie score! 10/10 will be tossing this my fellow Screamers ways!

This was recommended to me by a friend and I didn't know what to expect since most fan films aren't typically that great. This however is some top tier work and the amount of love the team has for the franchise shines through with the attention to detail. Opening Scene: Interior - Woodsboro High School - NightWe see a dimly lit hall with lockers spread along the walls. We see Sidney, the main character, walking down the hall. Suddenly, a figure in a Ghostface mask jumps out from behind the lockers and stabs Sidney before disappearing into the shadows.
Sidney: (gagged and struggling) Mmmpfh! (Translation: Help me! Help!)
The camera fades to black.
Act 1
Scene 1: Interior - Sidney’s Bedroom - MorningSidney wakes up in a sweat, gasping for air. She gets out of bed, and we see her look at the picture of her mom on the wall. She’s determined to find out who is behind the Ghostface mask.
Sidney: (to herself) I will stop this killer once and for all.
Scene 2: Interior - Woodsboro High School - DaySidney walks through the same dimly lit hall as in the opening scene. She sees Tatum, her best friend, who seems a bit troubled.
Sidney: Hey, Tatum, what’s going on?
Tatum: It’s just the usual high school drama. You know how it is.
Sidney: Yeah, but something feels off.
Tatum: Don’t worry, Sid. We’ll figure it out.
As they walk, they notice that they are being watched by a figure in the distance.
Scene 3: Interior - Woodsboro High School - DayThe figure in the Ghostface mask is revealed to be Randy. He joins Tatum and Sidney and they walk together.
Randy: Hey, how’s it going?
Sidney: Randy, you scared the hell out of me.
Tatum: Yeah, what’s up with the creepy mask?
Randy: I wanted to see how you’d react. That’s all.
They arrive at their next class, which is English.
Scene 4: Interior - English Class - DayThe class is watching a horror movie. Sidney gets uneasy, and we notice that she’s remembering the killings.
Sidney: (whispering) This is too realistic.
Billy: (whispering) Relax, Sid. It’s just a movie.
Suddenly, they hear strange sounds coming from the hall.
Sidney: (whispering) What was that?
They investigate and find nothing, but tensions are high.
Act 2
Scene 1: Interior - Sidney’s Bedroom - NightSidney is on her computer, texting Tatum. She gets a message from an unknown number.
Unknown: Hello, Sidney.
Sidney: (typing) Who is this?
Unknown: The one who killed your mother… And will soon kill you.
Sidney freezes, and we see the killer in Ghostface mask outside the window.
Scene 2: Interior - Woodsboro High School - DayBilly comes into the courtyard and notices something strange with Tatum.
Billy: Hey, Tatum, you okay?
Tatum: I’m fine. Why do you ask?
Billy: It’s just that you look pale.
Tatum: It’s probably just stress. I’ll be fine.
Randy approaches Sidney.
Randy: Hey, did you hear about the party tonight?
Sidney: No, I haven’t. Why?
Randy: It’s just something we planned to take our minds off things.
Sidney: I’m sorry, Randy, but I can’t. I need to stay focused on taking down this killer.
Scene 3: Interior - Sidney’s Bedroom - NightSidney is in bed, trying to sleep. Suddenly, she hears a sound and gets up to investigate. She finds Ghostface in her closet and screams.
Sidney: (screaming) Who are you?
Ghostface: (In a deep, scary voice) I am the one who haunts you in your dreams.
The chase begins, and Sidney ends up in the backyard, where she tries to escape. She climbs up onto the roof, but Ghostface follows.
Sidney: (struggling) Leave me alone!
Ghostface: You can’t escape me, Sidney.
Final Act
Scene 1: Interior - Sidney’s Bedroom - NightThe final confrontation takes place in Sidney’s bedroom. Ghostface is revealed to be Roman, Sidney’s brother.
Roman: You didn’t think I was actually dead, did you?
Sidney: (gasping) Roman? How did you survive?
Roman: My death was staged. I watched you all from afar, waiting for my time to strike.
The battle ensues, and Sidney manages to take down Roman. She collapses on the ground, exhausted.
Scene 2: Interior - Sidney’s Bedroom - DaySidney, Tatum, and Randy are sitting together, relieved that it’s all over.
Sidney: I never thought I’d see the end of this nightmare.
Tatum: But we made it. That’s all that matters.
Randy: You know, we make a pretty good team. Maybe we should do this again sometime.
Sidney: (smiling) Why not?
The camera fades to black as they chat and laugh.
End of Film.

Wow! I’m genuinely blown away by how good this was. The physical and vocal portrayal of Ghostface was also spot on. Definitely one of the best fan films I’ve seen on YT in a while.
I liked this film, the creators are real fans of Scream, good story
This could be seen as more than a fan film, but a real official film that could actually be part of the franchise. I always like seeing the Ghostface killer unmasked
My headcanon is that this is the real Scream 5! Scream 2022 and VI were not good in my opinion. They were terrible.

Scream 1-4 are great! But Scream (2022) and VI are terrible and I don’t consider canon. This is my preferred Scream 5! 🍻
But what did I just see?! I can say with all the confidence in the world that this fan film is the best I have ever seen, the truth is that the script is very well written, the motive of the murderer seems logical to me, the fight scenes are very well done and the performances they are also very good. Excellent work, you should feel very proud.

the acting was not at all great, but for a fan movie, I guess the effort is obviously there. The people just obviously aren't actors and probably haven't trained too much
