My biggest problem with the game was the horrendous loading screens.

Ah, didn't know it the was Gaunt's Ghosts guy on writing duties. Interesting.
Great video, BTW. Unpretentious style, and engaging editing.

I feel like Vermintide was able to stand out in a flooded market just by being melee focused alone, the fantasy setting also helped.
I can imagine the Devs thought the obvious followup would be the same thing but 40k, which means means sci fi, which means guns, which means...same as everyone else.
I mean, how many gritty, sci fi shooters are out there? Remember when they were called Doom clones? Doom, the og gritty, sci fi shooter. Yeah, a shame, because Vermintide really felt like something special.

That's fair. From the little I know about Vermintide I could see why fans of that series might not like this game as much :)

How are you going to complain about bots not being useful against a demon host 😂 Even regular people are next to useless against though, we always skip.
I wish I only had 4 or 5 hard crashes… it’s basically 50/50 if I crash when loading into a new mission. Especially if it’s already in progress. That does seems to be one of the only times though, once I’m in, I’m in.

Yeah. I have spoken to a lot of people who have similar experiences. Hopefully stability will improve down the line :/
