      Denmark Agricultural Land (% Of Land Area) 65% abele to make food for 16 million people, with 5,8 million population. Danish agriculture and food is word famous whit often winning the number one spot in international awards for best restaurant and chefs (can be a little elitist) Americans having named food after us “danish” and danish bacon being popular in UK and the US, Japan also likes danish pork. Carlsberg beer is danish. Serbia has 35% Agricultural Land (% Of Land Area) but I don’t know the number of people you can feed with that it’s not always the same productivity or population density per Km2.
      But I’ve never heard about Serbia food, only a x Yugoslavian tradition that I think Serbia also has a tradition alcoholic drink high % that was unbelievable strong and was claimed to be intended to be served pure 🥴 that was as fun as drinking tequila, with little to remember about 😮 Sweden and Norway also makes food but there farmers are mostly in the south of the country and not like Denmark 65% farmland which is very high %

      The British are known for their bad (local) food (like the Dutch and the Scandinavians) but for being fairly orderly and polite in public. For a long time policemen on patrol in the UK did NOT carry guns!
      The French of course have an excellent cooking tradition, but traditionally were though to be a bit lazy and unorganized. The later is not really true anymore nowadays
      The Germans have a reputation for industrial products (and good cars) but being too obsessed with order and law. In particular the Prussian police was considered to be quite rigorous in law enforcement.
      THe Italian are considered to be chaotics (in particular the Southern Italians) but also having a "dolce vita" attitude, making the best out of life and romance.
      The Swiss the Germans squared. Extremely organized but utterly boring.

      The Scandi-denial of finns probably stems from the fact that they travel very little and think themselves as very special and original but after you've seen 50+ countries across the world you see that they're fully scandinavians even if they don't know it

    • @ninel1995
      @ninel1995 Před 2 měsíci

      @@lisaanimi I see your point, but that isn't always true. For example many people say "Polish death camps" even though they weren't Polish but German and Russian. It's a name that German media uses to whitewash its own history, and many people are actually using it. There are objective historical facts
      and that what people say doesn't matter. Some would argue saying that Finland is not located on Scandinavian peninsula ergo it's not Scandinavian country. The thing is Denmark and Iceland aren't as well. Personally I think that Finland have very close cultural connection, but it's not completely Scandinavian. The same way as Hungary isn't Slavic.

    • @kashk42
      @kashk42 Před 2 měsíci

      @@dominuslogik484 I wouldn't say "complicated", I would just say "different". Other languages have more similarities, like mother/mutter/moder/madre which makes them easier to learn, yes, but finnish is very easy aside from that.
      I don't know about hungarian/estonian, but finnish atleast is actually beautifully simple. There are no exceptions in the grammar, everything make sense, and it's the same with pronounciation and spelling. A non-finnish person can read a finnish book and be understood perfectly, even if they have no idea what the words mean. And I mean that literarly, my wife who doesn't speak a word of finnish regularly read finnish children-books to the kids at her job and they understand every word. They'll get really surprised afterwards when they try to speak to her and she can't understand a word of what they are saying... She couldn't have done the same to a bunch of french children.
      I've heard it's because written finnish wasn't made formal until very late in history because the people who were literate where swedish or russian for most of finnish history, so there is little or no "historical baggage" where pronounciation have changed while the written language have remained the same.
