I think I speak on behalf of many hockey fans when I say, now that the blues have won a cup, you guys are next on the list of teams we want to win one.
You too. For the past 20-25 years the Blues and Sharks have been pretty dominant in the Western Conference. Always competitive. Always one of the better teams, but both suffering that elusive Cup.
The 2013 Steen OT winner clip should've been the local FSN Midwest clip instead of CBC. You could HEAR (at the time) Scottrade Center literally blow the damn roof off....CBC's version is WAYYYY too muted for just how loud that crowd got in half a second, and the announcers are nothing compared to Panger's reaction live on TV, "YES! HOLY JUMPIN!!!!"
Yea, that moment/goal was amazing from the FSMW broadcast. Panger was losing it lol.
You guys do get loud in that building. I attended a game against the hawks and the “let’s go BLUUUUES” was a constant reminder that I was in hostile territory lol

Of all those OT goals, the best had to be Carl Gunnarson’s GWG in Game 2 of the SCF against Boston. That very goal gave the Blues their 1st ever SCF game victory and later paved the way for them winning that 1st Cup!

Whenever I see an old clip of Pavol Demitra it still kicks me in the gut that he is gone. He should be coming back to all these Blues Alumni events like the Winter Classic, Prongs retirement, and all the events around the the Cup Run in 2019.... From going to games with my dad when our arena was the Kiel center... watching guys like Doug weight.. jackman.. pronger.. jay mckeee... Keith Tkachuk.. Demitra.. Al Macinnis.. Jamal mayers.. going to free food night games because our team wasn’t the best.. half empty arena.. watching the core of tarasenko..Pietrangelo.. Schwartz.. steen.. Jay bo.. Perron.. Allen.. grow into the championship squad they are now.. so yeah bleeding blue means everything to me! Last year for Stl blues fans was something we will never forget!!!
