    That brings back so many memories for me. My father had the same car he purchased it new in 1965. I owned it up until the mid 1980s when he passed away. The registration was DNT133C and the colour I’m sure was green Connaught?? A shade darker I think then this car I think . I’d love to know if it’s survived, because when it was sold in the 80s it had, I think 8000 miles on the clock and was absolutely pristine

      It’s last log book exchange was March 1996 & the last taxation was four years later. The car would now be exempt from road tax & MoT & ULEZ compliant as a classic car, but it would still show up as taxed if in use. It either died in 2000 or is sitting forgotten on private land somewhere in which case it should have been SORN (introduced 1998). I wouldn’t like to say with certainty as barn finds laid up in the 1990’s/early 2000’s still frequently show up in the classic car world.
