    For those that miss the sub-text here, Fabi is essentially saying that in his classical games Hans has been weakest in the areas of the game where engine assistance would be most noticeable and strongest at the point in the game where it is more or less no longer possible for engine moves to be transmitted in a timely enough manner to be useful. If you think this is a veiled accusation then you know absolutely nothing about the game.

    • @timetoskrill5770

      @zelandakhniteblade5436 Před rokem +325

      @@timetoskrill5770 Listen to what Fabi says - Hans gets outplayed through the middlegame phase and only gets back into it during the time scramble phase. Sending engine moves to a player with lots of time during a middlegame struggle is easy, whereas under time pressure when making moves in seconds it is difficult if not impossible. So the game description that Fabi provides is precisely the opposite of what one would expect when playing against an engine cheat.

      @@yb3604 Sadly many uninformed people on the internet take every game or statement negatively against Hans. If he plays well it is because he is cheating; if he loses it is because he was unable to cheat for that game; if he states a line it is either inaccurate (making him a 1500 hack) or good (so he got it from the engine). This is the environment that Magnus created with his unfounded allegations.

      @@Zenix. that’s a pile of horse sht !!
      1) if super GM’s play a 40 move classical game they have at least 37 top 3 moves there if not more.
      So even if Hans plays ‘his own move’ what stops him to continue blitzing out engine moves?? He just needs 3 of his moves and if he isn’t 2700 that would be noticed immediately. Or is he that stupid to waste one hour on his move and then blitz out engine moves again??
      2) you can setup your engine to give you 5 options and even more, he can literally play openings of 15 moves all top engine moves, then continue with top engine moves but just add few 5th options and few 3rd and that can’t be more then 92-93% accuracy, and why would he waste 1 hour and 30 minutes on all of that? In other words if he has the engine available he doesn’t need to play ‘his own move’ at all. People cheat in 3 minute games mate, I got my points returned many times and I play 3/0.
      3) In time trouble there’s no time to use engine right? And with Caruana if he wasn’t 2700 he would be blasted of the board in 6-7 moves. Have you seen any of those games? Despite Hans playing inaccuracy he puts up a great fight till the end, in other words you can see how strong your opponent is even if he’s completely losing.
      Caruana and many other GMs said many times that those theories how Hans isn’t 2700 player are false.
      I would say they are even extremely stupid.
