I've noticed that Crane 2S is charging my camera's battery (when the camera is off). Plugged through USB C cable. Could you confirm this feature and is there a way to turn it off? Thank you!
hello first of all i want to say that you are doing very nice job i just bought few days ago a crane 3 S pro and today i got issue with the gimbale i was try to use it i did on the it and the motor even after on always keep limp i can change the mode etc but nothing hapen just like the gimbal is die on but no reaction i dont know what to do its look like a bug can you help me did you got that before thank you
Here to warn you to not buy this product if you are an android user!! You cannot use the gimbal without activating it on the app and the app isn't compatible with Android phones.... Making the crane 2s i just bought a heavy, useless, pile of junk.

You just need to download the app from the site on your phone
