  • How do you become more efficient on your rotations as a med student and eventually, a resident!?
Rotations, especially for med students new to it, can be really stressful, overwhelming, time-consuming, and many other levels of discomfort. But don't worry, you are not the only one to feel the same way. I wasn't 100% perfect either on my first set of rotations and I can tell you as a resident, not all residents are as organized and ready as some young med students and even premeds may think.
Because of all that, I know how to avoid or better prepare yourself for some of the common mistakes and points of discomfort that arise early during your clinical rotations.
Before giving suggestions, I want to make it a point to share some of the common mistakes because sometimes the first step to appreciating the solutions is to address that there is a problem.
Learn how to better plan and prepare to be more efficient on your next clinical rotations in this episode of the TMJ Show!

Just started 3 weeks ago and I was also writing down info for each patient on a separate sheet and it was getting out of hand, so I'm also trying to do what you said to do, thanks!

I had quick question to ask for studying/reviewing idk if it's too much! Preview Doing Q/E method (outlines) and making Anki Flashcards out of lecture - then go to class, take notes - review outlines for lecture and later do Anki from the lecture slides in the evening and then on the weekend do PQ. is the too much?
