When I get my Continental later this year, I'll most likely be heading over that way at some stage soon after. The area was one of my favourites on a motorbike (when it's not too busy) ...just over the hill from Durham.
Got my first bike today and the decision was largely helped by this channel, seeing long rides are fine on the Continental GT. Rode my Conti back from Cornwall today and absolutely love it 😁

Lovely video - made me very nostalgic for the Kirkstone Pass in particular. As a previous regular visitor to the Lakes, can I gently correct your pronunciation? I believe Aira Force (the waterfall) is usually pronounced just like airer as in clothes airer; and the first syllable of Gowbarrow Fell rhymes with cow, not bow. Easy mistakes to make if you just read maps but don't talk much to locals!

Great video, we love the Lakes and air force falls, the bike looks great, I must go up there in the spring. I notice your resolution when riding has deteriorated have you change your camera setting?
Hi Chris, thank you very much! I had the wide lens kit on the GoPro which I think contributed to the lower resolution. Will look into whether I can improve the setting for future videos. 😊

@@ArkajyotiChoudhury The tyres have been performing really well so far, Good grip all around as well as the classic threads and styling.
